As part of a Short or Long Rest, you can prepare and eat a special meal if you have ingredients and Cook's Utensils. You can prepare enough food for a number of creatures equal to half your Wizard level plus your Intelligence modifier. A creature that eats the food at the end of the Short or Long Rest gains the following benefits.
Temporary Hit Points
The creature gains Temporary Hit Points equal to your Wizard level.
Monster Ingredients
When you prepare the meal, you can add one ingredient taken from a monster, granting a creature that eats the meal a special benefit shown on the Monster Ingredients table based on the ingredient's creature type until it finishes a Long Rest. A monster ingredient uses the entire corpse of a creature that has been slain within the last 24 hours or preserved with the Gentle Repose spell.
