Tyromancer
Level 3Wield the Power of Cheesy Puns
Not all wizards find the right specialization within the conventional schools of magic, and instead turn to even more focused areas of expertise, like the School of Tyromancy. A Tyromancer (often called a "Cheese Wiz") specializes in a subsection of Gastronomy that draws energy from the Semi-Elemental Plane of Cheese to power their magic. The very first Cheese Wiz, Lactose the Intolerable, discovered this magic shortly before his untimely death.
Cheese Magic
Your magic takes on the aesthetic trappings of cheese. Spells like Mage Hand and Shield might appear to be formed of spectral swiss, while Fireball might scatter spicy nacho cheese on its targets.
When you cast a spell, you can attempt to twist the name of the spell into a cheese or dairy-based pun. If the GM approves the pun, you gain one of the following benefits of your choice: you gain Heroic Inspiration, gain Advantage on a spell attack roll, or give one target of the spell Disadvantage on its first saving throw against it. Consult the Cheese Spell Puns table for examples. Once you gain Heroic Inspiration from this feature, you can't do so again until you finish a Long Rest.

Ferment Spell
Level 6When you cast a level 1+ spell with casting time of an action that forces a target to make a saving throw, you can "ferment" the spell. The spell's saving throw becomes Constitution for this casting. On a failed save against the spell, a creature has the Poisoned condition until the end of your next turn.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of once) and regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
Legen-Dairy Resistance
Level 10If you fail a saving throw, you can choose to succeed instead.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
Lactose Intolerance
Level 14When you use your XPHB, you can choose for the spell to deal extra Poison damage equal to half your Wizard level plus your Intelligence modifier.
