This cloth mask of a grinning jester is adorned with bells and checkerboard patterns. When you put on this mask, and as a Bonus Action on each of your turns while you wear it, you can move up to half your Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks. You can also expend a use of XPHB to cast Vicious Mockery as a part of this mask's Bonus Action.
