"Fold the Panel widthwise, and slst Row 73 to the starting chain of Row 1, using front loops only. Ch2, and cut a long tail before fastening off. This turns the Panel into a tube.",
"With a tapestry needle, run White through the tops of the stitches of the open side closest to the circular pattern and pull tight to close up the top of the hat. If needed, sew the final hole closed after cinching tightly. Weave in any ends.",
